Elena grew up in a Taoism and Buddhism temple with her family. Her own inner journey began early in life as she observed and participated in spiritual experiences from churches to temples, witnessing that love can transcend physical and emotional suffering. She offers individual counselling and group therapy sessions. As well as summer retreats to encourage our connection with ourselves, nature and to find inner peace.

Elena is a strong believer that the first step for finding love is from within and connecting with our own heart. Guided meditation is an integral part of the process. Elena has completed training and offered retreats worldwide, and is still continuously learning and awakening different aspects of consciousness.

What is Chi Nei Tsang?

Developed by the White Cloud Taoist Monks in ancient China, Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is a holistic approach to the healing touch modality. It integrates the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our being. CNT goes to the very origin of health problems, including psychosomatic and emotional responses.

Chi Nei Tsang literally means “working the energy of the internal organs” or “internal organs chi transformation.” CNT uses all the principles of Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan known as Chi Kung (Qigong). Therefore, Chi Nei Tsang is a form of “applied Chi Kung.” It is, at the same time, hands-on bodywork and energy healing.

CNT practitioners are trained in Chi Kung and work mainly on the abdomen with deep yet soft and gentle touches to train internal organs to work more efficiently. Unprocessed emotional charges are also addressed in this manner, as well as all of the body systems: digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, urinary, reproductive, muscular-skeletal, and the acupuncture meridian system.
